AHIC’s Board of Governors have approved the 2025 slate of officers and three nominees to join the Board of Governors. 

2025 Officers 

President: Vihar Sheth, U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance (2025 & 2026) 
Vice President: Leigh Ann Merchant, Ally Bank (2025 & 2026) 
Treasurer: Kerstin Palmer, Huntington National Bank (2025 & 2026) 
Secretary: Lenore Gordon, TD Bank (2025) 

2025 Board of Governors Nominees 

At its September meeting, the Board of Governors also approved the slate of nominees to serve as Governors for a three-year term starting in January 2025. AHIC members will have an opportunity to meet the nominees at our December 12 Annual Business Meeting. Ballots for the 2025 Governor nominees will go out to the lead representative of each AHIC member following that event. Click on their name to read their nominee submission.
