Membership Meetings 
Luncheon meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at various locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. Each luncheon is an educational or informational experience with speakers who address every aspect of the commercial building industry. Luncheon meetings are your opportunity to meet new people, renew old acquaintances, exchange ideas, and establish business contacts.

Newsletter
The Newsletter is a quarterly newsletter which provides useful information including feature articles and regular columns of interest to the membership. 

Education
BOMA - Greater Tampa Bay offers a variety of seminars throughout the year on topics of interest to our members. BOMA Greater Tampa Bay offers home study courses through BOMI including Real Property Administration (RPA), Systems Maintenance Administration (SMA) and Facilities Management Administration (FMA), each leading to a highly respected designation. These college level courses are designed for Property Managers, Asset Managers and Maintenance and Operations Personnel who want to further their knowledge and improve their level of professionalism. 

Legislative Representation
BOMA - Greater Tampa Bay and BOMA Florida monitors local and state legislative activities, while BOMA International is concerned with issues affecting the industry nationwide.  BOMA members take part in an annual trip to Tallahassee to visit with legislators and serve on various committees to safeguard the industry's position with regard to taxes, insurance and other economic issues.

Social Functions
BOMA socials are held throughout the year for members and guests. These socials are your chance to meet new people and join fellow members in a relaxed environment.

Committee Involvement
Membership in BOMA - Greater Tampa Bay provides you a means of becoming involved in the total organization through participation in one of its committees: Education, Membership/Ambassador, Communications/Website, Programs/Events, Sustainability, Government Affairs, Engineers, Golf Tournament, Emerging Professionals and TOBY Awards.
