Lunch Buffet

LITTLE ITALY, including charcuterie display, arugula and romaine Caesar salad, chicken caprese, Italian meatballs in roasted tomato basil sauce, penne pasta with marsala cream sauce, Italian sausage with sweet bell pepper and Bermuda onion rosemary basic sauce, garlic bread, tiramisu, and low-sugar blood orange olive oil cakes

Dinner Options

• Responsibly-sourced Pistachio Crusted Salmon with blood orange beurre blanc sauce, herb roasted fingerling potatoes, and fresh market vegetables
• Rosemary Chicken herb-seared airline chicken breast with pink peppercorn marsala demi, fontinta whipped potatoes, and fresh market vegetables

Brunch Buffet

ANYDAY BRUNCH including selection of chilled juices, seasonal sliced fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries, coffee cakes and muffins, assorted bagels served with smoked salmon, cream cheese and assorted toppings, bacon and sausage, assorted mini frittata, waffles with brandy peach compote and cardamom vanilla whipped cream served with syrup and butter

Thursday Intensives Lunch

In order to keep costs down this year, lunch is not provided. However, the following options are available:

• The hotel's Aurora Borealis restaurant—walk back towards the hotel entrance and it will be on the right.
• Snack and concession—walk towards the hotel check-in counter and it will be on the left.
• There are 14 restaurants/fast food options within a 5-minute drive or 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) from the hotel:
  • 5 minute walk: Panera is to the left when walking straight toward Colfax.
  • 5 minute drive (15 minute walk): From Colfax, turn right and head toward Potomac. There are 6 restaurant/food options at the southwest corner of Colfax and Potomac (Imperial Chinese Restaurant, Firehouse Subs, IHOP, Kickin Chicken, Capital Market, and The Great Greek) and across the street on the southeast corner are 7 restaurants/food options (Chipotle, Blazing Bird, Noodles, Jersey Mike's, CupBop Korean BBQ, Smashburger, and Wee Tee).

Post-Masterclasses/Pre-Conference Kick-off Lunch

Lunch prior to the regular conference kick-off at 1:00pm is not provided. However, the following options are available:

    • Buffalo Chicken Wrap: Chopped romaine, ranch cream cheese, celery—$10
