Option #1:

A Reservation with the Hyatt Regency Hotel for the Colorado Gold Writers Conference for $174/night.

The hotel has a limit on the number of rooms set aside at our conference rate. Note that double, queen-size rooms sell out the quickest. If you receive a message that the rate is higher or there is no availability, try going back in and reserve a king-size room instead, if this will meet your needs. Those rooms are less popular and are more likely to be available at the conference  rate. The parking garage fees are free and included in your conference registration fees.

Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon)

Option #2:

An alternative to staying at the Hyatt is to make arrangements at their sister hotel (approximately one block north, just off Colfax).

Complimentary hotel shuttle service is shared by both the Hyatt and the Spring Hill Suites hotel to travel between the hotels for those who choose not to walk. This shuttle service is also available to and from the Colfax Light Rail Station with access to/from DIA. Refer to the Transportation page for more details.
