Shipping: There is a FedEx office on site. Please mark all packages clearly with names and booth numbers. Arrangements must be made to have the package shipped back with a pre-paid label.
We encourage our Business Partners to attend all of our extracurricular events. This is the best time to meet Institutional Members.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (members & partners) received by December 1, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be permitted after this date.
· Registrations may be transferred to another employee/staff member within your organization.
· Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing to FLAPPA
If the conference is canceled due to circumstances out of our control:
· Conference registration may be transferred to next year's conference
· Full refund if registered before December 1, 2025. 75% refund if registered after December 1, 2025.
