What You Will Get
There will be classes for you to attend to earn up to 7 CPE credits over Tuesday & Wednesday.  Earn an additional 8 CPEs by signing up for Monday's VDOT Basics Work Zone Safety Flagger Certification Class.

Breakfast will be provided on Tuesday morning starting at 7:00 AM and on Wednesday morning at 7:00 AM. Also, lunch is available on Tuesday, 12:30pm allowing ample time to visit the exhibitor booths before heading to class.

Wednesday’s lunch is the popular, mouthwatering Bar-B-Que with all the fixings sponsored by Core & Main of Roanoke – it's delicious!  And of course last but not least – all Expo attendees will receive a FREE Expo Shirt sponsored by our vendors.

Throughout Expo, there will be fun and games.  Try your luck at Corn Hole or Horseshoes, Meter Madness, BINGO and more.  Maybe your team will be the winners of our Water Tapping Contest.  Along with chances to win prizes, there will be a drawing at the end of the day on Wednesday after lunch.  Come to have a great time.

There will be NO REFUNDS issued for the VRWA Expo. Substitutions are always welcomed. Call the VRWA office if you need to make a substitution.

What You Will Get
This is an indoor and outdoor event. An area will be available for oversized equipment or machinery. Please mark on the registration form if you need electric, water or a digging area, indoor area or outside space. For outside exhibits please tell us what you will be bringing. One 8-foot table with two chairs will be provided. NO pipe and drape available.

Breakfast will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings starting at 7:00 AM. Lunch will be available on Tuesday, 12:30pm and on Wednesday lunch will be the popular, mouthwatering Bar-B-Que with all the fixings sponsored by Core and Main/Roanoke.
Your Responsibilities – Extension cords, generators, garden hoses, and fittings, etc.

Set Up Times & Dates – Monday, October 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tuesday, October 21, 2025 – Doors will be opened at 7:00 am. Security will be provided both Monday and Tuesday nights.
Contests are encouraged at your booth.
